About the golf courses

The Blue Canyon Country Club: (Lake Course: 18 Holes 7,119 Yards, Par 72/Canyon Course: 18 Holes 7,129 Yards, Par 72).
It’s featured as Thailand’s best golf course designed by Yoshikaza Kato and Gary Player in 1991. Cradled in a secluded, verdant valley, against the magnificent mountains of Phang Nga, Blue Canyon Country Clubbasks is Phuket’s tropical sunshine.

The Canyon Course ranks as one of the most distinguished and prestigious golf course in Asia by Hertz International and FORTUNE magazines. Carved into lush landscape surrounded by freshwater lakes, the Canyon Course brilliantly features natural hazards, towering trees, multiple tees, rolling fairways, narrow landing areas and well-guarded slick Bermuda Tiff Dwarf greens.

The Lakes Course is a mixture of water-filled canyons created by open cast mining with its natural land flow left relatively unchanged. Its front 9 holes run through a landscape of lakes and natural canyons, whilst the back 9 weaves around scenic lakes and soft whispering woodlands of rubber trees. The Lake Course distinctly features one of the largest greens in this part of the world, to test the putting skills of all golfers. A number of natural water hazards are featured on 17 of the 18 holes. From the championship tees, target-driving areas have been set at 270 yards to accommodate today’s longer hitting professionals. The Lakes Course is already reputed to have one of the best finishing holes in this part of the world.

The Laguna Phuket golf Club (18 Holes 6,850 Yards, Par 71)

It was designed by Max Wexler and David Abell to challenge golfing enthusiasts of all abilities, the 6,850 yard-long course features a wealth scenic lagoons, coconut groves and undulating fairways set against the dramatic backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Meandering through the labyrinth of lagoons, the course requires golfers to play with great accuracy and to select woods carefully, Water looms on 13 of the 18 holes and threaten to swallow any shot veering too far to the right of left. At Holes 5, 8, 10 and 11, water may be too close for comfort for come, but adventurous long hitters will certainly enjoy taking a rewarding gamble by cutting corners.

Another taxing signature hole is the 16th, offering fabulous views of the Andaman Sea and a green encased by a myriad of 12 gaping bunkers. On a windy day, the sea breeze will spice up your game further, but that is part of the fun.

After breakfast, time will be at leisure until departure
Transfer from your hotel to Phuket International Airport for yours onwards travel destination.
